I'll go to BeaveRun & MidOhio. Don't let the April date fool you into expecting good weather in Ohio. I drove up thru 10 inches of snow in western Maryland; they had rain all day at the track. An early C3 hit the wall.
Saturday was an excellent day.
It snowed on Sunday.
MidOhio offers sustained high speeds, a few blind apices, some elevation changes.
Of course, I have relatives near there and they love to cook.

Here is a post that can get you the Car Guys dates. How about Watkins Glen in July?

Mike, the sheet you posted last year with every event from a bunch of organizations was very helpful. I'm waiting to see that again.

Been there, done that. I was going to Ft. Benjamin Harris, IN. Got up to Zanesville and they closed down I-70.

It looks like the schedules for 2005 are getting finalized so I'll start working on it again.

I'd love to do Watkins Glen as I would have a free place to stay (parents' house), but dayam, $475?????? Yeouchhhhhhhhhhhh. Gonna hafta save up/think about that one...I know it's 'da bomb' track, but geez, excuse me while I cut off an arm and a leg for the entry fee...
