Christmas dinner cruise is on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK folks, it's on! [:D] Erica & I are going to host a Christmas dinner cruise down to the Bavarian Chef. The date will be on Saturday December 11th. Dinner will be at 5pm, and we will meet at the Cracker Barrel in Manassas again at 1:45 pm for a drivers meeting with a 2 pm departure. Everyone that wants to participate in a gift exchange will bring a gift $10 or under wrapped with them. At dinner we will draw names for gifts in order then hold a chinese auction. I will draw up a flyer and post it in the next day or two. All that are interested in going please reply to this post, e-mail me, or sign up on the events page when I get the information to Laurie. The last dinner cruise was a blast for those who didn't make it, and this one promisses to be even better! I am going to call down to the chef tomarrow to get the reservations, and drop dead date for signing up. For those of you who went last time, please help spread the word of the quality of the food. I would really like to see a good turnout for this.

Ok Ladies and Gentelman. This is what I came up with for the cruise. I sent it to Laurie to put on the events page for sign up or send me an e-mail. The dinner reservations will be made for 5PM. It's a little over 2 hours down on the roads that we take witha short stop to stretch your legs.

Come join us on a delightful, and fun filled cruise down to Madison Virginia for an outstanding meal at one of our favorite restaurants the Bavarian Chef on Saturday December 11th. The Bavarian Chef is an outstanding German restaurant that offers dining at its finest. If your taste is for a good schnitzel, cordon bleu, or even a fine steak; this place will suite just about any taste.
The route will include going through, or past places like Manassas Battlefield, Lincoln winery, Sycamore House, Gray Ghost Vineyards, and other cool sites and places. There is some cool Corvette roads along the way with several good rally points on the roads in case anyone gets separated.
We are requesting that everyone bring a gift that cost $10.00 or under that is wrapped for a Chinese gift exchange. The rules will be explained at dinner. This game has proven to be great fun at any party. Afterwards everyone is invited back to Mr. and Mrs. Clauses house for cookies.
This is a reservation only restaurant so I will need to know how many are in each party so that I can have an accurate count of people to confirm our reservation by November 24th. The Chef is world class, and he believes in world class service. The average price per couple usually averages between $60.00 and $80.00, but is worth every penny plus some.
Directions to the Cracker Barrel in Manassas are, take 66 west to 234 north (Towards the Battlefield) and stay in the right hand lane. At the stop light make a right then a right into the Cracker Barrel parking lot. We will meet in the rear corner of the parking lot facing 234 behind the Shell station. The drivers meeting will be at 1:45 PM.

THANK YOU LAURIE [:D] [:)] [:D] [:)] !!!! I just got off the phone with the Bavarian Chef. He is looking forward to having us again, and they do remember the club and are welcoming us with open arms! As a added treat that night there will also be a Harley Davidson club having dinner upstairs at 6 PM. I was told that their party is about 70 large. It sure would be nice to compete with them boys & girls [;)] . So come on ladies and gents, lets get signed up for a great evening and an awsome dinner!
