Come on, doesn't anyone have a good story from their weekend? John, why don't you describe how to make squirrel goolash [@-)]

[:O] Awesome weekend!!!! For those of you who missed it: [:p]
Ralph, Rick, Rich, Tom, and others attended.
[\:D/] Ralp Watts was fast in the Solo group 2/3 -- He was the man to catch.
[:-$] Rick Poage lost his front tires, so Rich loaned him some wheels with good tires. Hey Rich, yeah ... um my tires are shot ... can I borrow yours?
[=D>] Rich Romer took 3rd place in the competion group 2 -- He was absolutely smokin. Great job. He was running against some 911's that were unbelievable.
[B-)] Tom Green had his new GS out on the track -- what a cool looking car. White with a blue stripe.
[:-&] Myself -- I hit a squirl in the front straight right before the braking zone -- I didn't change my line and the squirl exploded when I hit him with my left front tire. And I had an AC cobra loose it side ways in front of me and go off into the woods after turn 9. Everyone in the car was fine. The car had some minor body damage where it hit the trees. Accidents: It's always better to be a spectator!
[=D>] My friend Tom with his 911 was totally impressed with the NASA group. He was instructing and the car he was in (an open roadster) looped it to avoid another car. Everyone was fine, but what a ride. Tom had a blast.
That's the short version -- I'm sure that others can add to this.

And for our 300th post to the forum: [:D]
Well, I had the rear brake line on the truck blow on me under hard braking.
Some pizza boy pulled in front of me in the left lane and then the light we were heading towards turned red. Hard on the brakes then the pedal goes almost all the way to the floor. [X-(]
Missed hitting the $%### by about 3 feet then had to use the "engine" brake the rest of the way home. [:((]
$170.00 later and all is fine.

Ok his mine...picked up 63 Holloween Night, around 5:30 PM, started to drive home, lost clutch peddle and linkage on the Belt way 495, inner loop, near the construction turn off, inner loop, just before Dulles Toll Road, in Tyson' area. Got car off beltway, in this area (where staties hang out), called home, wife and Judy Gregory, who was visiting, called tow truck...about three hours latter and 6 flares, truck arrived. Towed back to garage, got home around midnight. I love restoring cars...

I'm glad to hear some of you had a good weekend.
I've been doing 12 - 17 hour days working on two proposals. For some reason the PTBs (powers that be) didn't want to listen to "Hey, I'm just the technical geek, not a proposal writer''
Anyway the last proposal went in last night at 10:30 so I'm off the hook until the Oral presentations.
Got emails from Tom Green and Rich Roemer. It sounded like they had a blast at the NASA event also.
Hey John, just be thankful that the squirrel wasn't something larger!
Looking forward to seeing everyone Sunday at ODS.
