CALLING ALL VETTES!!!
Sign up now for the 58th Annual Vienna/Tysons Corner Halloween Parade!
Date: Wednesday, October 27th @ 7:00 pm
This is an excellent opportunity to get some exposure in our own back yard! Anyone who lives in this area knows how big a parade this really is!
This is a great opportunity to get the club out in front of our own community, and the cost FREE!!!

Funny...Joe told me yesterday when he was servicing my car that I'm not a "real" vette owner b/c I drove it in the rain yesterday to Koons. http://forums.corvetteforum.com/images/smilies/smilielol5.gif It was only misting when I left and came home...I hurried up, cleaned and dried the car, and back under the cover it went. Safe!
This car has been washed 3 times, and all by only Wednesday, the middle of the darn week. No water or filth on LilRed! She's my gal...[:)]
And besides, gotta keep her covered, no garage and sometimes a little bit of water comes through the targa onto the driver's seat and if I sit down without remembering that it looks as if I peed my pants. [:-&] [:))]

I'm sure you can catch a ride with someone. [:)] I'm pretty sure I already have a passenger, but if the weather is good, I'll take the hard top off and you can ride on the roll bar... If my passenger cans out, you can ride with me! Or you can be the first Mustang behind the Vettes! [:D]

Nope, I will not intentionally put my Vettes out there is the weather however, I have driven the black one through snow deeper than the floor [:p]

We're trying to get some stickers made up for Koons to go on the cars...much as the numbers were for Spook, but due to time constraints we may be SOL. Additionally, we might have some issues getting the banners...some of the people who have them we think are out on business trips....but we're doing what we can.

If I wasn't busy w/ work, I certainly would have gone - weather looks GREAT for this [B-)]
