At the GBM one of the Koon's employees mentioned something about some coming in the next 7-10 days.

I bet you can see one at Carlisle, Pa. this weekend. I won't be able to make it this year, which is the first one I have missed since 1989.

Whats all the hype, it just a refined C5. Sure its got more hp and suspension improvements. But it still look like a Viper or Madza RX8 head on.

Not impressed yet, but I said that about the C5 in 97

The C4 still does quite well in both handling and engine, it the C5 better yes but a better driver in a C4 can blow a C5 driver in the weeds

Absolutely! But I still want to see it. Corvette Forum's C6 section says it "ROX."

As I said, I'm waiting for the 3rd production year of the new Z06 (and looking forward to the anticipated 500 hp at crank). [:D]

I wont steal Joe's thunder, but I talked to him last night as he was coming back from VIR where he was driving....yep...the C6. His words were something like "incredible", "awesome", etc. C6 hits full torque at lower RPMS than the z06....so it should be a beastly thing.

He also mentioned the SSR....with the LS2 in it...woooooofff

I talked to Alex, GM at Koons, briefly this morning. These cars are selling like mad. Another 2 sold last night...wow. He says they plan on having over 25 new ones in stock in the next two months. Dayum....
