Many thanks to George and Erica for putting on the dinner cruise to the Bavarian Chef restaurant. We had 11 Vettes and despite the rain on the way down, had a great drive. The goodie bags and trivia quiz were a nice addition to the cruise too.
The restaurant was fabulous. The appetizers, entrees and desserts were mouth watering and the company was first rate! I will put this on the must stop list for my next trip down Rt 29!
It did stop raining for the return trip, and the blue sky looked great with the top down on the Vette.
Once again, thanks for all the effort put into this cruise, Lynn and I really enjoyed it.

This was an awsome cruise, the roads were great even if it was raining.
Dinner was excellent! If you are ever near there on 29 give it a try!
George and Erica - Thanks!
I'll agree with Andre, being able to take the top off the coupe after dinner and drive to the ice cream place was great.

Thanks [:)]
When you have a combination of great food, ice cream, company, and cars it make hosting one of these cruises easy to put on! [;)] Erica & I had a great time doing this despite Mother Nature throwing a small curve ball going down. We were able to even bring out a couple of new faces for the cruise, and from their feedback possible new prospects for the club!
At least we didn't really get any heavy down pours on the trip down so at least the drive was somewhat enjoyable down, and it did turn really nice (tops off weather) for the return trip back for ice cream! Many thanks to all who showed up for a great time, and we hope to do this cruise again next year. Maybe with a few added twists. I may have to dig a little deeper in the trivia chest next time to stump Red Rider and Andrej though? [:-/] [:-/]

I'm sorry I couldn't make it. It sounds like it was as enjoyable as I believed it was going to be.

Mike,
I sent you an e-mail. Heard what happened. There are some suggestions for that on the e-mail.

Sue and I had a great time, as seen in the prior posts. We could not join the cruise but arrived at the restaurant just in time to join the group. The food and the service were most enjoyable. We had the back area of the restaurant mostly to our selves and good company was shared by all.
After the dinner, I am not sure how we could eat ice cream but most of us made a valiant attempt do our part. This was after a number of us already had one of the mouth watering deserts at the restaurant.
Thanks George and Erica.

Ditto, it was a great cruise / social .... willl certainly do it again! It always amazes me that a group of Corvette owners can find the longest, curviest enjoyable roads to get from point A to B. It makes getting on the road so much more fun!
Thanks George & Erica, great job!

Glad to hear this event went so well...sorry we couldn't make it, but Todd was on-call all weekend. [:(]
Well done, George and Erica...hopefully you can make this a yearly "tradition"! [B-)]
