Anybody have a Zip catalogue handy, for a C4? I'm looking for a part number for poly bushings for the rear strut rods. Seems there are two listings on the Internet, one probably for a 84-87 and the other for 88-96. They can't tell me, so maybe the catalog can...

ZIP has an on-line catalog....its really just ask good as the paper version. Go on line and you go to your generation and go from there.... [:)]

Not when you are looking for bushings. And the live person was no better in determining which bushing would fit the car.

Still looking for a paper catalog.... [:D] [:((]

I'm guessing you wanted to get them from Zip becuase they are closer...

Prothane has two bushing kits, one for the 84-87 part # 7-1204 and one for the 88-96 part # 7-1205. (No price posted)

Doug Rippie has two kits, one for the 84-89 part # 20-070 $32.95 and one for the 90-96 part # 20-071 $32.95

I have one right here at my home office Andrej, but I've been working on site during the day and will be for the next 2-3 weeks. If you're online in the evenings page me here in the forum or IM me and I'd be glad to help. [:)]

Brian,

Thanks for the help. That's what the Internet has too, and the sales personnel can't tell me which would fit my car either. I have a couple of ZIP gift coupons from our awards banquet that would pay for this, but I guess I'll use them for something else.

I'm not coming up for the autox [:(] . The club has a cruise to a fine German restaurant in the afternoon [:)] and I'm having a Corvette garage session at my house in the morning. [B-)]
