With the right tools it is a much faster job. From start to finish this evening, 45 minutes.

Put all three spacers and the insulators below the spring. Took it out around the block to let it settle and grabbed a measurement. Ride height at the center of the rear wheel wells is 3/4" lower on both sides then when I started.

While it did bring it down, its not as much as I was hoping for. Looks like its time for the longer bolts.

I lowered the rear end using 10" bolts from VBP. The 12" bolts may work better for a road course driven vette. I have the nuts on mine as far down as possible and there is around 1/2-3/4" of space between the wheel and fender. Can't go any lower, not that I would on my street driven vette.

Have you lowered the front? I lowered mine a few days ago. It's way too low. I cut off the two stock rubber wedges and half of the rubber piece on the spring ends. Way too low. I need to bring it back up about 1/2"-3/4". I need to install those lowering wedges or come up with something else to raise it back up just a little.

I think it is close to stock now but its been so long since I saw a stock C4 I don't remember what they looked like. It is lower than it was before but I would still like to get it lower.

It doesn't see the track anymore so I don't want to go to low.

Nope, haven't lowered the front. I might go that way later but for now I just wanted to get rid of the 'drag car'.
