Saturday, August 7th: 15th Annual All-Corvette Cruise-In

Come on, who's in?! This is a really BIG show, over 400 'vettes show up! WE MUST GET THERE BY 3 PM to get parking. Time of event is 5-9 PM and admission is FREE! Dash plaques for the first 200 cars. Great music, food, and beverages at Big Joe's Pizza. There will also be door prizes. Website: www.corvettecruisein.com. Also refer to the event post on the home page.

I will be leading this mini-caravan, meeting place will be the back parking lot of Wegman's supermarket in Sterling (faces toward Route 28), address is: 45131 Columbia Place, Sterling, VA 20166. Brief drivers meeting at 2 PM with departure at 2:15 sharp. Bring your family radios if you have them. Only reason why I chose that spot is because I wanted to make a mini-cruise/caravan out of it. Straight down 28 and onto 66, kinda like the Spring Skyline run.

I am in C'ville and could've just gone to the show directly, but what fun would that be? Was hoping to go with fellow club members...a little disappointed but oh well, I'll live. *sniff sniff*
