Let me just say, I am still wearing a s**t-eatin' grin from this event. A total blast! The final 'vette count was 409 sparkling 'vettes on a beautiful Central New York summer day. Sorry you AI guys got rained out ...*giggle*

Anyway, a lovely variety of 'vettes, new and old, spit and polished. My LilRed was Zaino-clean, and while she didn't win any awards (didn't expect to), she did get lots of compliments along the lines of "Wow, it's a '94...she's in great shape!" and "It has 55K miles? Nice!!!". Needless to say I was a proud mama. Dad's '87 yellow coupe looked especially awesome with the new tires (Thank God for Tire Rack) we got him. I will post pics online as soon as I can, as well as bring them to the next month's club meetings.

I must say, next year I would love the club to join me and attend as a group representing the NVCC...I think the membership would enjoy this really BIG car show a LOT! Great 'vettes, great goody-bags and trophies, great beach weather...what more can you ask for???

See you at the AI rain date...

Well a trip like that would take a lot of planning and advance notice. Ummmm, hey Social Chairperson, why don't you start on that now for next year? [:))]

Actually, sounds like you had a good time. It would be cool to make a trip like that as a club. If we can get 5 or 6 "racers" together to make a trip to BeaveRun, we should be able to get at least twice that many cruisers together.

I had a GREAT time...I'm still smilin'. I think some of the club cruisin' die-hards would love it.
