I was pulling the 65 into the garage when the brake went to the floor. (Luckily I was going very slowly). Anyways.. I've since noticed brake fluid collecting under the front right tire. I tried bleeding the system to find out where the leak is coming from, and have determined that its not the bleeder or the line, but the caliper itself.

What should I do? Can it be salvaged? Should I bring the caliper to shopday? Should I just scrap it and get a new one?

Thanks..

Yup it's the caliper seals around one or more of the pistons leaking. What I have found in the past it is better to replace. The reason being is that the original calipers bores were regular steel and would get rust pits in them and eventually cut the seals causing a leak. The remaned calipers on the market are very good and made with a stainless steel piston bore. It cures the problem and you can count on your pedal being there when you needed it. Word of advise: replace in pairs!!! by doing this it will prevent brake pull and it's safer...

Thanks.. I'll go ahead and order two new front calipers.
