...WAX that is. This the second year I've used Mothers over other products on the market and the results are amazing. True the 3 step process takes a bit of time (5 hours)...but no streaking is evident and the 1st step which removes oxidation and all the previous wax is only needed once a year.
Anyways, just wanted to let members know about the product if you are about to wax your ride. I had a friend that used Maguires and others on his 7 Vettes...switched to Mothers a few years back and was convinced. No, I don't work for or own stock in the product [;)] Anybody else in agreement or have used Mothers and found something better [:-/]

I haven't tried their waxes. I am hooked on their metal polish though.
I went the Zaino route (multi-step) two years ago on the 1996 and was impressed but the amount of work gets to me. (I'ld rather be driving than waxing) [:">]
I tried Maguires NXT on the tow vehicle (02 Silverado) and was extremely impressed with how easy it went on / came off and the shine. The next question is how long will it last.
Having two vettes, a pickup and a Suburban I can't find the time to keep them all washed and waxed so I need something that will go on quick and easy and be able to last for a couple of months without touchups.

I have tried them all over many years... Always come back to Mothers with no cleaners wax. Best results versus effort. Others may be slightly better but Mothers goes on easy and polishes off clear and easy. I have gone through many cans of Mothers wax[:)]

I've got a 6 year old, and a 9 year old. Their nicknames are clean house and mow grass! That's how I get the extra time![:D] [:D] [:D] [:D] [:D] Want to borrow them!!![:D] [:D] [:D] [:D] [:D] Their cheap too!!! They haven't figured out money yet[:D] [:D] [:D] . Just don't slip them a quarter. They do know what paper money is![:D]

I'm a believer in Zaino now. Yes, it's a PITA but the results are worth it in my book.[:D]
I will never use a Meguiar's product ever again. Ugh.

Thanks for the correct placement Brad...I felt it was a candiate for the "Technical" part of the forum but then again...5 hours of waxing fits the bill for me [:D]
Touch ups are easy with Mothers as Jim indicated...good to see folks are a fan and I'll look into the Z product sometime. And Mike...you are right on...I'd rather be driving or mowing grass [:))]
