Well so much for a showing of NVCC at the test and tune.
I was there from 5:00 until about 6:20-6:30 and got about 12 runs in. When no one showed I came on home. I did see one other vette, a Black C5 but I didn't see anyone around it and he wasn't running.

Would have loved to run, but am still at work and will likely be for a few more hours yet =/.

Damn, sorry to hear that Bill. I have had to pull a number of those myself.
There wasn't very many cars out there. A 69-70 Chevelle, a late 60s Camaro, 3 really bad V8 Vegas, a couple of Mustangs, 6 - 10 imports and a couple of other cars that weren't running.
Overall, probably not enough cars to pay the salaries.

So how was the track and what kind of times did you run?

Track was sticky. I was surprised they were prepping it like they were considering the small number of cars.
I took the 96 so that I wouldn't have to load and unload the 86. Times weren't too bad. I think my best was a 9.03 with a .630 reaction time.

Geez, I thought the "faster" 'vettes in our club were supposed to show, otherwise I would have shown up for the hell of it and ran my "bone stock except for the Corsas" 'vette.[#-o]
I guess it's just as well. Physical therapy tired me out anyway. [:((]
