Meg and I had great time....we messed up leaving the ice cream place in Boonsboro, but caught up to you going down 17 in Lovettsville....

Hey Mike, just finished washing car and applied Zanio...the Cicada
s washed off with hose....

Again it was a great time and I will upload some photos as soon as I can get my password again from Brad...seems like my password always get messed up....

So did mine. Gotta love Zaino. To those of you laughing at me with my spray bottle and towel...I kept up with those lil buggers, and it paid off. Only took me a half hour/45 minutes to get it clean and bug-free! [:p]

My wife (Erica) and I would both like to say a big THANK YOU to all who was envolved with the cruise. We had an absolute blast all day!!! This was all new to us, and are looking forward to applying for membership to the club. Also: for those wondering. I shot around 160 photos on the trip. Thanks to all for coming, Lynn and I had a great time too. It was a great turn out with close to thirty people and 17 Corvettes. We had a lot of new folks too!

It was a very easy cruise to setup, as it was the exact same one that Kirk DeNee and I setup three years ago!

Collin, great pics! Sorry you got lost. We saw you and Jim hauling up Rt 40 and only Jim came back!

George, you are a wildman with your camera!

BTW, the cops we saw around Cumberland were there because of suspicious characters on a train!

We saw it on the news this morning!!! A couple of shady looking caracters with lumps under their loose fitting clothing. Go figure?[:-/] [:-/] Maybe they heard there was a train of American Muscle coming through?

First thing I did this morning when I got to work was ask about the activity we saw yesterday.

An Army Specialist reported to the train conductor that two middle eastern men were wearing long coats and they seemed to be bumpy, and they were going in and out of the mens room. The stopped the train in Cumberland CSX Yard and dispatched the RDI (Rapid Deployment Inspectors) from FBI, US Customs and Border Protection, Maryland State Police and Local Police. The cordened off the immediate area, flew in by Blackhawk the RDI, and commenced and investigation. Train was offloaded car by car and almost everybody was questioned. It took about nine hours and the train remained in the yard for further inspection, while the people were bused to Union Station.

The suspects were sent to hotel in DC. Nothing was found, but standard practice is to run the names and bio to get full background. So they were put in a really nice hotel in DC today and tomorrow. If nothing is found they will let the two go. So far nothing found...lumpy clothes amounted to money belts....with personal items underneath their long robe (islamic).

You heard it hear first all this information unclassified, for public dissimenation.

Sue and I had a great time on the cruise. The variety of scenery was great helped along by the 17 vettes cruising by. Andrej and Lynn thanks for setting it up for us. Collin's pictures capture the flavor of the event. Looking forward to George's pictures.

I think you need to host them on a webserver somewhere. How big are they? You might be able to email them to one of us and we can load them up in the picture gallery. I think only club members can put them ther. Post a message in the help section or email the webmaster.

About the cruise - it was a blast! Great roads, good food, ice cream, great folks to hang out with.

Jim is correct, you need to download to a host server, then link the photos using the "IMAGE" link to the post. Remeber it uses

photo LINK

Another way to do it is post them on the EVENTS page of the NVCC Website and download them to the "IceCream Cruise" page. The NVCC Webmaster should be able to give you a log on to download the photos.

Wuzzzup I uploaded all the photos you sent me....I took the photo of Mike through the trees...Mike can tell you about how I took the photo..stuck my hand out the windowwith the camera and snapped several...I think that is just a great photo....it was more luck then skill...great time we still are talking about this trip.

OK Guys,
I have pictures of every car on the Interstate, and a better group photo at lunch. The files are a little larger so that you can see them better (8x10). These photos turned out awsome!!!! Does anyone volunteer to post these[B-)] [B-)] [B-)] . There are 18 photos total. Also, I havn't forgot about you Jim. Just wanted you to see these too. I am pretty sure that I have everyone that was on the cruise (very important!). If I missed somebody please let me know so that I can go back and find you.
