May 2004 NVCC ODS Autocross dates

I know this is short notice and I will try and post this thread sooner next month.

We have two dates for NVCC ODS autocrosses left for the month of May 2004.

They are:

Sunday, May 16th on the drag strip
Saturday, May 22nd on the drag strip (subject to cancellation for Concours setup)

I will make the announcement if we are canceling the May 22nd date no later than May 17th.

That being said, we spent all of last Saturday designing the course on the drag strip and I must say that it is very challenging, exciting, and safe. The times and speeds are very similar to that of the oval.

I hate to do this but I am canceling tomorrow's autocross for several reasons with the weather forecast being the biggest reason. There is a 40% chance of thunderstorms late tonight and early tomorrow morning.

I am also going to cancel the autocross on the 22nd due to scheduling conflicts with the NVCC Concours and the NVMC Drag Day.

I will be posting the entire schedule indicating the points events within a couple of days so check here often.
