Fast car newbie

Hi folks,

After many, many years of driving station wagons and mini vans - hauling lots of kids and hockey gear....my husband and sons decided to up-grade me and gave me a 2001 silver vette for Mother's Day.

Well, getting back into driving a stick - esp. a 6 speed...scared me to death at first...but I've managed to overcome.

Have lots of questions - can someone recommend a good mechanic. I'd really appreciate being pointed in the right direction.
