Dear Northern Virginia Corvette Club,
I am emailing you today in regards to C. D. Hylton Senior High School's homecoming parade. Every year we organize a homecoming parade throughout the community to raise spirit and excitement. Participating in the parade this year will be dignitaries from the Prince William County Board of County Supervisors, the PWC School Board members, Hylton's administrative team, Hylton's homecoming court, and other clubs and organizations from Hylton High School and within the community.
This year, we are in need of convertibles for our dignitaries. We are asking if your organization could participate in our parade by contributing with convertibles. The parade starts at five and lasts about an hour long, meaning that we will only need you for an hour.
We would love for you and your members to participate and drive convertibles for the following reasons: your vehicles will be displayed in the parade to the general public, we offer FREE publicity to our community in our school's newspaper, newsletter, websites, announcements, and during our Homecoming football game in which the community actively supports.
The parade this year will be Friday, October 17 at 5:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Once again, it would be an honor for you all to participate and contribute to our parade. If you have any questions or concerns please reach me or Mrs. Sue Hunter, SCA Adviser, with the following contacts. Thank you.
