View Full Version : Is it just me or are most people just not using the forum anymore?

Just checking. I'd like to see why the activity (I could be wrong but just by what I've seen) has decreased soooooooo much since the change over of the web site. If you are one of those people who just stopped posting, could you share with the rest of us why?

(BTW, I am also one of those people who stopped posting but I wanted to see why everybody else stopped) :)

It may be that people are just not used to the new site yet. Although, it is much easier to use and has far more capabilities than the old forum had...and we're adding improvements all the time...

Or maybe people are just too busy...who knows. I'm busy too, but as an admin I'm on here every day anyway...

Hopefully more people join in and post. While there haven't been tons of posts lately, it's still a great resource, with well over 2000 threads and counting.

I would just prefer that people post here rather than just sending an email to the everybody@nvcc.com or whatever it is address. Not trying to be a pain, but I really can't deal with a ton of emails on my personal account especially when they are about stuff that aren't directly related to me. See ya guys!

Understood, everyone has preferences and that is cool, but whenever a club event happens, we have to get it out there via every avenue, (website, forum, newsletter, GBMs, etc), because everyone has their favorite ways of getting the info. You can always just delete or filter out the "everyone" address emails. :)
