Have a relative that needs this now. We were waiting to see what happens but I think we need it sooner than later. If you know of a decent condition (don't care what brand) in the last 10-12 model years (not looking for an 80's giant van) let me know.

Found a 96 Grand Caravan for 3400 bucks. Not perfect, but with 45K miles and COLD AC, it does the job.

Thanks to all that suggested offers and found some research on the web. It has already been used several times and made a difference in my familys quality of life.
