CHEVROLET REMOTE STARTER QUESTION

DOES ANYONE have a factory remote starter system? My dealer is telling me the only RUN TIME is 10 minutes, not long enough in my opinion. He said, "to the best of his knowledge" which could be open to interpretation; there are no further settings. HELP [:D]

Sorry, I can't help you out with the GM setup. Funny that it turns off after 10 minutes....

I send my kids out to start the car for me! [:D] It doesn't turn off until I get to my destination, and the car is still nice and warm when I get in it! [:))] [;)] [B-)]

YUP thanks... found that out too.... gotta hit the FOB after its running for a second 10 min cycle. Service manager still blew me off, he couldve told me that..... if he even KNEW.....
