Car is Ready! I'm Ready. What's next?

The car is ready. I got it back from John at Woodbridge DynoTech today and I'm ready to go.

So the next event I saw was for the MWCSCC on March 28th but it is an SCCA members only event. Does anyone else know of what the next event is.

Parking lot, back lot, I don't care. I need to get back out again.[:D]

There's an autox at VMSC next weekend that I'll be going to. Check one of the posts by JAXVETTE for the website.

You could also join SCCA. I'm running at the 28th, but with the afternoon group, as BSP (in the morning) is all filled up.

Then there's a NCCC double autox in Baltimore next month...

You won't believe it.

There is a small bolt on the front of the block to access the rod that actuates the mechanical fuel pump. (holds the rod in place when replacing the pump).

The bolt was loose and it appears that under high rpm loads oil was being forced out hitting the serpentine belt and then being thrown around.

I'm hoping to make it to MidOhio on April 3-4.

Thats is just a bit further than I want to go to try her out after what happened at VIR. [:(] I'm going to do a couple of local autocrosses first just to make sure everything is okay. I probably should have waited before going to VIR but I really like that track.

Other than that Mid Ohio would be a blast. Maybe later in the year or go to one of the Mid Ohio NASA events at BeaveRun. That is a nice little track.
