I need volunteers to help out for the TC Williams High School Homecoming Parade Saturday afternoon, October 13th.
For those of you who do not know, TC Williams High School in Alexandria is the high school featured in the movie 'Remember the Titans', starring Denzel Washington.
The parade will stage at 12:00 p.m. at Fairlington Presbyterian Church and kick off at 12:30 p.m., should be over by 1:30/2:00 in Alexandria.
They would prefer convertibles, but coupes would be OK. Unfortunately hardtops won't work for carrying the kids, but are welcome to just ride in the parade. (No limits on the number of vehicles in attendance.)
So, if you aren't going to Freestate CC's Corvettes at Ocean City Weekend, consider helping out for a couple of hours locally!
Also, feel free to bring candy to toss, although not necessary!
