2nd Annual "Thunder Meets Lightning" Vette and Harley Show (http://forums.corvetteforum.com/showthread.php?t=1737674)
The Shenandoah Valley Corvette Club is co-sponsoring with Grove's Harley-Davidson, the 2nd Annual "Thunder Meets Lightning" Vette and Harley Show on Saturday, July 21st at Grove's facility in Winchester at140 Independence Drive Winchester, Va. 22601
The event runs from 10-3 and will benefit the Winchester, Frederick, and Clarke SPCA. $5.00 Admission/donation to enter. People's choice trophy (last year it was almost 6 feet tall) for a Vette and a Harley. There will be lots of food and ice cream, pet, Corvette, and motorcycle vendors. Lots of activites for kids, like face painting, a moonbounce, etc.
There will be door prizes, 50/50 drawings, and a couple of items to be auctioned off. We have a live band, and there will be a hamburger eating contest.
A 9-11 and USO bike will be on display as well as a Corvette previously owned by Dale Earnhardt Jr. All vettes are welcome, and we hope to see alot of you all there!
