I don't know if NVCC will be able to have a representative at this event, but if it is possible, I think it would be worthwhile.

"Join AutoWeek magazine in its quest to improve teenage driver safety in America by participating in our inaugural Teen Driving Safety Summit in Detroit on August 28, 2007.

AutoWeek has editorially engaged its influential readers with award-winning stories that bring to the fore the national need for increased teen driver training. This seminar, to be held on the campus of Oakland University, is the next step in that educational process.

The summit will kick-start cooperation between the auto industry, educators, corporate America and legislators, as well as passionate car enthusiasts, by taking a comprehensive look at what teenage driver education MUST include and address for it to be most effective."

We've been looking at it, but I have to check the leave situation. Too many vacations this year! [:D] Miriam and I have been talking about it though.
