Here is the itinerary of who needs to show up when:
NLT 6:30 AM (sorry guys, there will be coffee/donuts at least [;)] ): Class/Tech, Operations/Staging, Registration, Computers/Printers, Door Workers (prizes, goodie bags, t-shirts, cash box), Club Trailer hauled. Photogs may come any time after the initial hustle and bustle.
NLT 10:30 AM: Judges
Please arrive on time and ready to go! The troops come flooding in early....
Those workers who do NOT have a car in the show MUST park on the roof (same place where we park for GBMs). Thanks!
