Judges & Class/tech meeting - Sunday May 20th @ 1 PM

Bill Kolster has set the judges & class/tech people meeting for Sunday, May 20th 2007 at 1 PM at Koons Chevrolet (same meeting room as GBMs). The meeting shouldn't be more than 1.5 - 2 hours long.

If you cannot make this meeting, please contact Bill Kolster at wkolster@comcast.net to make alternate arrangements.

There may be several of us mssing from this class. May 18-20th is the Eastern Region Spectaular up in Maryland and I know there will be a bunch of people up at that.

Yes, I already know about the ER Spectacular. Unfortunately I was not the one who set the meeting time, Bill chose the date.

As stated above, please contact Bill Kolster if you cannot attend. It will be up to him to either reschedule completely or hold an alternate date for those who can't make the May 20th date.

The May 20th date for the judge's meeting is still on. Due to Mother's Day and Memorial Day weekends, we don't have many choices.

For any judges missing the meeting, there will be a briefing on the morning of Concours. Newbies will be paired with veterans. [:)]

Reminder - this is tomorrow. All judges who can make it, please come. [:)] Judges who cannot make the meeting and have already notified Bill Kolster, please disregard. There will be a crash course the morning of Concours for those people.
