I was at a meeting last year when the topic was raised about the Club putting on a Detailing 101 session. As a new C6 owner I would very much like for the club to consider such an event. I would even volenteer to assist.

That would be nice and advice for which products and equipment are worth investing in.

I am really big into detailing my car but I'll admit I'm not professional. I know what I like to do/use but whether that's the correct way or not I dunno. If someone is interested in doing this or getting someone to do this I would definitely be interested in helping out.

I wrote up a fairly detailed Corvette-detailing document for a new member who asked me for a how-to. I also have my own way of doing it and have products I prefer, etc. I probably can help do something with this, however, it will have to be after Concours, I just have way too much on my plate right now. Or, someone else can feel free to spearhead this event...

Way too much for me. He spent way more than the 30 hours I did last year!!!!
Per Andrej, there will be a car detailing class (by Adams) at the Eastern Region mini convention in Aberdeen MD on May 18 - 20.
