This has to be the best investment I ever made in AutoX or Roadracing. If you are serious about Track days, Time trials, or Racing. This is MUST have.
For sale Doug Rippie Wilwood Big Brake set up for C4's. It doesn't matter what year C4 you have these will fit because it includes the modified Knuckles for both early C4 or later C4 I have had them on both the 86 and 96. I would keep put them on my C5 but they don't fit, oh and I am keeping the Z06 STOCK.
DRM sells this kit for $2195.00

I never really paid much attention to classification. Aren't we competing against everyone regardless of what class we are running. THis is just as much as a safety item as harnesses are? Better brakes does mean, zero fade at any speed, these brakes will brake the same all day long, plus I just recently purchased brand new rotors and pads for this set up and its bolt on with the knuckles. Come on guys I do not want to go thru the hassle of mailing these to our competitors. If put these on the Corvette forum they will be gone in an hour!!

That's a good sale to the right guy! Now Mike'll have the brakes to match the engine power...[B-)]

I spoke with Mike this morning and was amazed he was still using stock brakes. I thought he at least had 2 piece rotors. 400 RWHP with stock brakes makes for a funn ride[:-/]

Sunday works great for me. What ever time is good for you? It shouldn't take over a couple of hours unless we hit a snag.

So how do the new brakes feel?

[:((] [:((] [:((] They didn't fit. [:((] [:((] [:((] They wouldn't work with my spindles and the spindles Mike had were taller / longer than mine which would have changed the geometry.
So I'll have to call DRM and find out what the differences on their kits are.
