Found this on EBAY as I was bored one evening.... seems like snake oil.... although it may be like the CAGS defeat you can buy in MID AMER for $20 and someone on the corvette forum figired out it was a ohm resistor that I bought a 4 pack in Radio Shack for $1.50. It does the same thing, been in my car since new.
SO maybe this WILL work too? $7.50 with shipping- he is making a good buck but you have to know the resistance settings.
THIS IS A RESISTOR--THIS WILL NOT HURT YOUR CAR IN ANY WAY--ALL YOU DO IS INSTALL IT IN YOUR IAT SENSOR!
It uses a resistance value of 3,300 ohms to override the sensor and signal the computer that it is receiving air at an optimal temperature of 49 degrees.
Same function as ECU upgrades and Performance chips like the Jet V-chip...but this just for a fraction of the cost.
