Here is the itinerary of who needs to show up when:

NLT 6:30 AM (sorry guys, there will be coffee/donuts [;)] ): Class/Tech, Operations/Staging, Registration, Computers/Printers, Door Workers (prizes, goodie bags, t-shirts, cash box), Club Trailer hauled. Photogs may come any time after the initial hussle and bustle.

NLT 10/10:30 AM: Judges

NLT 3 PM: Tabulation

Please arrive on time and ready to go! The troops come flooding in early....

Ouch "O'Darkthirty" for some on a Sunday morning.
Do you still need a laptop? If so, I can bring mine. I plan on cruising in around 8:00, but can be a wee bit earlier.

Ask Andrej. I think he has a couple already, but can always use a backup in case of an emergency. [;)]

I possibly have a computer and printer coming from Mike Higgins, and don't know what else you guys have come up with. I sent an email yesterday to you, Andrej, Mike Higgins, and copied Bill Kolster on it...please coordinate amongst yourselves and be sure to involve Bill as he has the judging program, I want to make sure we have everything we need to make the event run smoothly. [:)]

On a side note: Even if you are not involved with this event PLEASE come out to show your support for the club! A lot of people have put a lot of time into this event and will be representing OUR club. There are going to be a lot of very nice rides out there to see. So come on out and support the club!

Yes, we need entrants big time. Even if it is just Wash and Show or Exhibition...

Count on one more for the Concours. I have been too busy cleaning to get my paperwork in :) I will have money in hand and a (hopefully) clean car tomorrow!

Hey Laurie. Hopefully the God's of the thundershowers will go easy on us. Regardless, it should be a fun day. I'm looking forward to seeing all the great rides. [:)]

Weather reports keep flip-flopping. Yesterday heard 76 and partly cloudy. Now hearing 30% chance of an isolated T-storm.

Let's hope we get the rain over with today and keep tomorrow dry!

At least the show is indoors...
