Hey guys! (And Gals) Looking at the weather for the weekend it looks as though it changed a bit. It looks like Sunday is going to be the better of the two days (74-77 degrees and sunny). Is anyone up for a cruise out west on Sunday? Let me know what you think. [:)]

3) After putting 20-40 hrs. a week into the Teen Driving School for the last 3 months I just want to cruise for a day and relax!
4) And this is probably very incorrect of me but that's the way it is. Looking at the majority of the list for the parade where were most of them last week when we needed them. Now that's not an insult to anyone! That's just saying we all have different areas of intrest.

When the club has 620 members instead of 120 you are still only going to get 25% that get involved in 75% of the events.

Considering the size of the NVCC I am really surprised that we put on as many successful events as we do.

Considering the size of the NVCC I am really surprised that we put on as many successful events as we do.

True, but do you also notice that it's the SAME people doing the work on the SAME events, year after year? And the SAME people enjoying the events, but not contributing to the work involved in putting them on?

I didn't see the sign up sheet going around last night, maybe it just didn't get up front. Anyway I wanted you to know that you can sign me up to head up or help out with the staging and if needed I'll help out with judging also. You can also sign Erica up for T-shirt sales and the raffle table also.

I am a little tired of the NEVER GO INTO D.C. remarks. The side streets are a mess of potholes and crappy repairs but the major streets are fine and that's where we'll be driving on Sunday.

If one is talking about crime, you are seriously "head in the sand" if you think crime isn't EVERYWHERE.

As Laurie would say major "toe taps".

Hmmm - I don't get this whole traffic thing either...

While my hours are such that I see few cars in the morning, and slightly more in the afternoon during my 15-20 minute drive to/from work, I also plan my trips to avoid the known "clog points."

I am not quite sure what I would do without all the excitment this aera has to offer - This, coming from a lifetime resident [B-)]

You're not the only one who "won't go into D.C." and I said IF ONE IS TALKING about crime; I didn't say you in particular.

A few years back we had the annual party in D.C. and some members wouldn't come into the District. That's what I meant about the crime aspect.
