How often, or do you ever, get the active handling warming up indicator on the DIC? I also get a system charge fault everynow and then. Ideas or thoughts?

I've gotten the charging system fault one time in the past couple of months but haven't seen it repeated. No problem with the AH to this point.
However, I noticed this morning that my driver's side headlight is squeaking when it opens. Hope it's just the cold weather and that it goes away soon. Anybody else have this problem?

I know what you mean Jeff. It shows up as "warming up" ocassionally, most times I will see it after I have put in competition mode, switched off the engine then started up again but sometimes it is just random. I think also the cold weather has something to do with it. Tuesday after the council meeting my "check engine" light came on and the catalytic converter was stinking of rotten eggs. Computers were just not handling the cold weather well.
Last time I had the "check engine" light on was after a hot high speed run at Summit Point - Bob Woods comment when I asked him about it, " is it running ok?, yeah, "then ignore it!" Sure enough went away on next run. [:)]

Jim,
I was talking to Joe a few weeks ago about gas and such, and he said that in the winter the fuels are changed for emissions, and that mileage per gallon and the rotten egg smell are a result...it's not the car.

I see it every now and then, too! It seems normal, so I don't worry about it (it's just anoying). However, if it were to stay on all the time ... then I'd have it looked at by a mechanic ... but so far it's never done that.
