Just a reminder that we agreed to go to next MWSCC meeting and lock down a proposal for our club to join. I am committed to helping. Andrej? Mike S. what do we do next?

Jim,

I'm in. I think we can provide a means of revenue as well as a parking lot autox for club members that don't want to go to ODS or elswhere in the east region.

Let's go the next meeting and give them our membership app and pay our membership fee. Let's then find a date they have available and get ourselves the parking lot at Rosecroft.

We will need to learn how to use their timing equipment, if we use it. I would probably prefer using our stuff, because we know it and it is probably better too.

They were pretty adamant about us using their software at the last meeting we attended. We do need to make arrangements with them to get a copy of the software to 'play' with. If so I can look at it and see if there is a way to import our data into it.

Other then that I'm up for attending the next meeting (2nd Monday of the month I believe). Get our app in and pay the fee as Andrej said.

We will also need to plan on attending at least one event to get familiar with their equipment. Probably figure which club Salzar, BMW, etc. would be a good one to hook up with for the event.
