Please save the date for our Annual Banquet at Holiday Inn, Tyson's Corner, on Saturday, February 4th, 2006.
Starting at 6 PM there will be a reception hour, with peel and eat shrimp, vegetable crudite, and cash bar. At 7PM we will be having a Prime Rib carving station, and buffet to include Breast of Chicken Dijon, Roasted Red Bliss Potatoes, Seasonal Vegetables, and fresh fruit, pasta, and garden salads. Desserts will be assorted cakes and pies, beverages included are coffee, tea, and iced tea. The cash bar will be open during dinner as well.
In addition to a sumptuous dinner, the events of the evening include prizes to be won (gift certificates as well as the infamous Tire Rack prize) and handing out awards. The event goes to 11 PM.
Cost is $25 per person (children ages 6-12 are $10 each). Checks must be made payable to NVCC and mailed to me BY JANUARY 31ST! NO EXCEPTIONS! Please mail to:

Attire is semi-formal. The banquet is open to all NVCC members, their spouses, children, guests, and all those who have applied for NVCC membership.
Directions from I-495:
Take the VA-7 W / LEESBURG PIKE exit - Exit 47B/A - toward TYSONS CORNER.
Take a RIGHT onto International Drive.
Take a LEFT onto Greensboro Drive to another LEFT at the hotel entrance.

I'm just giving fair warning now <grin> because I'm NOT going through this year what I went through last year. That was/is unfair to me.
Even George set a deadline for his Bavarian Chef dinner cruise as it, too, was a reservation-only ordeal. This is no different. I don't think my request is unreasonable [:)]

We had 84 people last year. So far we have 31 signed up and not much time left...the headcount must go in very soon.
I will be at the GBM tomorrow night collecting checks...otherwise they must be received in the mail by Jan 31...thank you! [:)]
