Where : Algonkian Regional Park Shelter #1
Who: NVMC Members & Special Invites.

The Car Show setup begins at 9am so please show up before 12pm!!! The voting begins at 12pm. The eating starts at 12pm and should be over by 2pm. The voting is over at 3pm and the award ceremony should begin no later than 4pm. everything is FREE!! As promised, below is the driving directions to get to Algonkian Park (47001 Fairway Dr, Sterling, Va.) and we will be at Shelter#1!! I hope to see everyone there to help eat all this food and enjoy all the cars!!

DRIVING DIRECTIONS: If you are coming from the expo center area (chantilly) take rt.28 north (approx 7-8 miles north of the expo center) until you get to Church rd (rt.625) and turn right onto church rd (rt.625), then go approx. 1 mile until you get to Cascades Parkway (rt.637) at a stop light and turn left onto Cascades Parkway (rt.637), once you are on Cascades Parkway just continue on this road until it dead ends into the Algonkian Park (approx. 4-5 miles) at which point the road turns into Fairway Drive and just follow the signs to get to Shelter #1. If you are coming from any point east of Chantilly just take rt.66 west to the rt.28 north exit and follow the above directions. Cascades Parkway goes across rt. 7 about a mile or so east of the Dulles Towne Center mall in case you are coming down rt. 7. If you are coming from rt. 7 make sure you take the Cascades Parkway NORTH exit. If there is any confusion with the directions please contact me directly so I can help.

Car Show-Vehicles Allowed: All Mustangs & Ford Performance Vehicles & Special Invites (Pre Approval Mandatory)

Special Requests (Not Mandatory) Please bring a "Dish" or Desert, if you have that special recipe, make it and bring it : if you can for all to sample. The NVMC will be providing Burgers & Dogs, Soda, Chips, Plates, Utensil's, Condiments, etc. NO ALCOHOL Allowed.

We are expecting a majority of our sponsors to be in attendance, as well as our NEWEST sponsor LA Tint. We are expecting a larger crowd than last year, get there early and get your spot. Bring your chairs.

Music will be provided by the NVMC

12:00-3:00 Voting
12:00-2:00 pm Lunch Served
4:00 pm Awards (Top 30 Popular Vote) + Best Engine, Best Paint and Best in Show.

hello all , I hope to see many of you out at the NVMC Picnic, I am in process of trying to join this organization. we just picked up a 2005 convertable Monterey Red .. Love the new car met with some of you to go to vettes at carlise we had a 03 black Z06 then but we drove the truck so we could bring parts back.

i have been a member of NVMC for couple of years now and also sponsor thier club through Fidelity Home Mortgage and my wife and I are looking forward to meeting you folks here as well.

so if your able come out to the cook out and car show it is a great time with great food & folks

I'd like to thank the NVMC for inviting us to this terrific event. The hospitality they afforded us was wonderful. It was a beautiful day and the cars were spectacular, but even better was the comraderie. First class all the way!

The NVCC actually made a nice showing...thanks to Bob Devery, Mike Rierson, Jeff Kirk, Jim Kelly, and others (some prospective NVCC members! [;)] ) for supporting the event. Many of us won trophies, including LilRed [:D] Couldn't think of a better way to have spent my birthday...thanks again, Ceece, Ebby, and the rest of the NVMC! [:)]
