Spooktacular chiefs meeting

We are going to have a chiefs meeting at Jim Beaupre's house on Wed Sep 21. The purpose of the meeting is to make sure all our ducks are in a row and to tie up last minute loose ends. To keep it manageable, the chiefs of the specialties (timing, scoring, corner workers, paddock, registration, t-shirts, tech, course marshall, hospitality, etc) are invited (actually, it's mandatory - if you can make it) but interested workers can attend too.

Can all you chiefs RSVP me if you can make it?
