Thank you all for the detailed tips and suggestions regarding Zaino. In response to the rave reviews at NVCC events and within the forums, I made the Zaino investment and after following every step of the process (detailed wash, Dawn wash, clar bar, Dawn wash, Z5, Z6, Z5, Z6, Z2...) I am impressed beyond words! I've put 12 hours into preping/detailing my '91 since Friday and probably have another 5 or so left to go. Still, even with only a couple coats of Z5 and one Z2 with Z6 in between each, the results are stunning. I can't wait to see what a few more coats of Z2, Z6 & Z8 will do - Zaino has been well worth every bit of my time and money.
As I know you all want to see it [;)] , I encourage you to meet us at the IHOP tomorrow for the caravan into the Mother's Day car show for the formal debut! Detailed info is posted on the calendar.
Thanks again!
Lee

I got my first shot at seeing the results of a Zaino polish and I must say I've never seen a car shine quite like that before. Leezl was blinding people at the show. Guess I know what I'll be doing next weekend...

I'll be washing Sunny again this coming weekend (weather permitting) and will be using the Z8 for the first time. Collin spoke so highly of it that I bought 2 bottles.
Can't wait to see how well it does with the other Zaino stuff. [B-)]

I am by no means a waxer. However, the car is so dirty right now that I'm in a position that I have to do something less I incur paint damage. And I was at a show yesterday, if you can believe that.
5 ways to know you're a waxer: (sorry mr foxworthy)
check the forcast before you leave your house.
pull the car out, wax it, and put it back in the garage.
order a years supply of wax over the internet.
own more than one dust brush.
keep track of the date by which show is coming up.

I guess in all fairness, I should come up with something for racers.
You know speed doesn't really kill if you...
are not sure of the car color due to all of the wall scrapes.
are not sure of the car color due to all of the sponsor stickers.
balance your budget depending on how many tires you need to buy.
could care less about rain because it's just a different tire compound.
have said "waxers!" and put a bunch of silly icons after it.
