As you know our 1st NVMC Drag Day is 7 May 2005, it will run from 4:00pm- 8:00pm at the Mason Dixon Dragway (www.masondixondragway.com). Due to the increase in costs in 2005 the payment for each driver is ($30.00) and $10.00 (Track Mandated) for each visitor you bring (your allowed 1 Free). But we must have paid before the drag day 1/2 down (new track policy) for the event to go through. Therefore we must collect the TOTAL $$$ at least 1 week in advance. We must have the spots filled, and paid for by May 23rd, 2005 (Next Saturday) of the event stands to be canceled.
The event is again a 4hr "Closed Session" Just the NVMC and Special Invites will be attending, it is in the evening so the air will be cool, and the times should be good. Remember there is virtually "NO WAITING", No LONG LINES, you can get as many runs as you wish :-)......
Payment Options: This year it must be accomplished in (2) ways..... 1) Cash Paid to Ceece or Ebby Prior to the EVENT !!!!! or 2) Pay Pal Payment sent to Ceece ( thru www.paypal.com) of $32.00 (Covers Pay Pal Service Fee) however, the payment must be submitted in time for it to be transferred to "OUR" account in time for payment on the Drag Day (It takes 1-3 days to transfer from Pay Pal Account to the NVMC Club Account) so make sure you pay it in time.
All PAY PAL payments should be sent to "Enforcir@cox.net" once I have your PAYMENT I will send you a confirmation EMAIL that it was received and that you were placed on the ROSTER. If you should have any questions regarding this email please contact me directly at (571) 233-6213 (Cell w/ Voice Mail) or by EMAIL ASAP..
