Just got word through some friends from the Mid-West, the Beach Boys have been hired by Mike Yager to play at this years FunFest2005, at Mid Amercica Motors (Desgin), Effingham, Il.
This is the second largest Corvette Gathering in the country, only next to Carlisle. Although not "formally" annouced yet, the Beach Boys will be there on a Saturday Night concert, at the Gathering.
Hotel/Motel reservations are just about booked, but for those who really want to travel and go to a great show, (September 16-19), I think this is the one you would go to....
Think I am going on an adventure....we found a hotel room, and are going.....anybody else interested, let me know. [:D]
