Well guys, I finally bit the bullet...no not the C5 bullet... the LT4 one! We got a very nice '96 driver in excellent condition as a trade a few months ago and I've decided to part with the '86 Roadster and start all over again...this time with a 6Speed and the C4's best-ever small block!

For those who aren't familiar with my Pace Car, it's been one of the most reliable, best performing, unbreakable cars I've ever owned. It's been completely restored, mechanically & interior, with new parts GALORE. I'm in the process of itemizing everything, for all to see on our website (coopercorvettes.com) hopefully before the weekend. My file is almost and inch thick with receipts so I'll need a little time...for now, here's the basics:

1986 Convertible 4+3
Bright Red/Red Leather/White Top
L98 w/GM Goodwrench Factory replacement Long Block ('98)
Gasket-matched Factory Heads, Intake, Runners
All the basic Bolt-on engine goodies
Upgrade Sports Seats, door panels
7 qt. Oil Pan with external front-mounted oil cooler
Power Steering Cooler
Complete Polyurethane Suspension
VBP F&R Springs (lowered)
9.5 & 11" AMold Wheels
New 11" Kumho VictoRacer V700 Tires (2)
4 pt. RollBar, Red
Jensen AM/FM/Cassette/CD in dash w/amp & 4 speaker setup
NCCC IIE "Spec"
and much, much more...

Car will come with a complete set of manuals (operator & shop), all the original parts for the car that I saved, and a host of early-C4 stuff that I'll no longer need.

The chassis has ~110k miles on it, but only about 20k miles since the rebuild. NADA lists the car, in average condition, at $13,500. I will entertain offers in this price range until I come up with a firm price and put it on Ebay.

NOTE TO ALL: A change of springs and street tires is all this car needs to be completely streetable, or use it "as is" to compete VERY WELL in NCCC IIE - I took 1st and 2nd Place Awards in the National Convention two years ago (High & Low Speed) with this same car.

If you have any questions just let me know - I'll provide the link to the complete listing in a few days.

...and the fun starts all over again [:))] [>:)]

Congrats on the LT4! If it's a coupe, I won't believe it. I can't picture you in anything but a ragtop. [B-)]
