Custom Avatars

It seeems that we are having problems with the custom avatars "getting lost" and I have a annoying but simple solution. Just go to your profile and upload it again.

How many times do we have to load our avatar? I reloaded it again after you said to do that and now it's gone again. Do we have to do it weekly or what??

I have reloaded mine two or three times since I uploaded the first image. There doesn't appear to be any particular reason why they are lost.

The first time it happened was when the site ran out of storage space. The other times they just disappeared. It does seem that all of the avatars disappear at the same time though.

Send Brad an email and maybe he can check the Forum's help group to see if it is a known bug with the forum software.
