Ralph and I will be getting there Thursday. We'll try to save an area if we know how many are going to be there.

I'll be there saturday. Dont have the $$ to
run atm, but I'd still like to see the track, hang out
and BS for a few hours.

Wanted to and planned to, but had to bow out. Just some very bad luck with this car lately. Just got LilRed back from East Coast (finally) after over 2 weeks of being there. Got the paint right the second time around.

Right rear tire couldn't be patched, only plugged, so I need another tire. No $ to buy it yet. Yesterday, I found another nail in yet another tire (left front). Unlike the right rear, this one is more toward the center of the tire, so it can probably be patched. This will be nail #3...and each nail has been in a different tire. [8-|]

Oh...yeah...haven't had the chance to even do my winter bushings project. Guess winter officially ends on March 20th though. Not to mention all the other stuff I want to do to this car to be more track-worthy. $$$$$$$

Hope you all have a blast...I'm jealous. Going to try to make the next VIR full course once LilRed is ready. Sux that I couldn't have a 'last hurrah' before my surgery though. Oh well...post pics!

How's the 96 Mike? Did you get in any runs on Sunday?
Did you manage to get Rick out of his Jeep?

Rick came out of the jeep Saturday evening. He was still pretty pale on Sunday but was out running in the 1st or 2nd session.

The 96 will be going in the shop soon. I talked to Joe today when I picked up the 86. I'll get an estimate and see about getting it in soon.

Hey, Mike, Ralph, Andrej and Rick,

Good seeing you guys at VIR this past weekend. Had a great time. It was nice to finally get into a group that runs fast and hard.

Just signed up for the Mazda Driving Associates weekend at VIR the 26th & 27th of March. Full course, doesn't have to be a Mazda to attend. Anybody up for it? I believe Andrej's going.

Let me know, should be fun, as usual.

Get the AT trans cooler in that car! You'll need it even more than Laurie will.

It was a blast! I enjoyed riding along in with you that session. I've got to check to see if I will have the '86 ready and still have the funds for the Mazda event.

Hey Jack, I had a blast chasing you and I'd love to do the full course again, but...I think if I missed Easter with the family, June would probably get the car in the divorce! See you the next time!

Nah, I wasn't dissing you. I was just waiting for you to catch up so I could tell you I had a good time running with you as well at VIR this past weekend!!!!!! Hah!!!

It was fun. Looking forward to the next event.

Drove by the Corvette museum in Bowling Green, KY last night. Couldn't stop to visit, had a flight out of Indy I had to catch. Maybe next time. Later - Jack -

I know I did check out a little early, because of the long drive home. Didn't say all the farewells.

It was a good time, but I really need my C5 brethren out there with me. Mike, John, Bill, (others?) will help represent our years.

Sorry to leave you hagin with all those C4s. Let me know when you're going to the next event and I'll join ya. This year is off to a rough start for me work wise, but there is light at the end of the tunnel ... and my brand new hoosiers are ready for the track! [:)]

I couldnt make VIR in Feb ( other than visit ) but Im looking
forward to the next big track event sometime after shop night
and I get my Z06 suspension installed [B-)]

Now if GMPartsDirect would just tell me when they're
going to show up I'd be a happy camper.
